You made the commitment to i3’s products and/or services. We THANK YOU and we also realize you may need help. Rest assured. Our products come with initial 12 month maintenance and warranty coverage included in the purchase price. You can extend this 12 month period in increments of one or more year(s) if the enhanced coverage is purchased before the in-force maintenance and/or warranty obligation ends.

Most questions about i3’s role in the support process (including response times and support obligations) are answered in our customer support manual. We have coverage options for every situation but, if you have questions about your specific case, please contact our support staff with these specific questions. Our goal is to ensure you have complete and unfettered use of the products and services i3 delivers – again this is part of our value to you!
